Return and exchange

Dear customers, we want your shopping experience to be pleasant. If you still need to return or exchange a product, please read the terms and conditions and follow the instructions:

  1. Deadline for return or exchange
    You can request a return or exchange of items within 15 days of receiving the package .

    • We consider the collection completed 2 working days after sending the package , unless there is a delay. In this case, the number of days of delivery delay is added.
  2. Product return conditions
    For a return to be approved, products must meet the following conditions:

    • They must not be worn, used or damaged.
    • They must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
  3. Return or exchange procedure

    • Log in to your account on our website.
    • You will find detailed instructions for a return or exchange within your user account.
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund/exchange status.
