Deadline for return or exchange
You can request a return or exchange of items within 15 days of receiving the package .- We consider the collection completed 2 working days after sending the package , unless there is a delay. In this case, the number of days of delivery delay is added.

For a return to be approved, products must meet the following conditions:- They must not be worn, used or damaged.
- They must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
